Long-Term Financing: is available for acquisition, refinance, and cash-out, to all types of existing commercial properties, including single-family when held as an investment, or an exit from a construction, rehab, or short-term loan. Offering amortization periods from 25 to 35 years as a fixed rate, or with shorter fixed-rate period choices of (3, 5, 7, 10, and 15 years) interest-only payments for up to 10 years are additional options.

Typical Loan-to-Value: 80%-90% as an acquisition, refinance 75%-85% including cash-out. Subject to underwriting and debt service requirements.
